护患沟通日语表达方式的语用启示

摘　　要：护患沟通用语的合理使用对于促进患者与医务人员的和睦关系起到很大作用。从日语中常用的的护患沟通用语、表达方式,可以了解到日本医疗护理人员进行护患沟通时的基本理念、原则,从而思考对提升我国职业护患沟通理念的启示。Reasonable use of communication terms between medical staff and patients plays an important role in promoting their harmonious relationship. From the commonly used Japanese terms and expressions in nursing service scenes, we can understand the basic concepts and principles Japan medical staff will compliance with when they communicate with the patients, and it will be help to think about the enlightenment of improving the concept of professional nurse-patient communication in China.
