摘  要:目的:探讨"互联网+"背景下混合式教学模式在针灸临床教学中的应用效果。方法:将在针灸科实习的60名医学生随机分为试验组和对照组各30名,试验组采用线上线下混合式教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,并用迷你临床评价量表(Mini-CEX)进行教学效果评价。结果:试验组的病史询问、体格检查、沟通能力、应变能力、临床判断、健康教育、针灸技能等分数及总达标率均显著高于对照组,理论考试成绩更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:混合式教学模式在针灸临床教学上比传统教学模式更具优越性。Objective:To explore the application effect of mixed teaching mode in teaching of acupuncture skills under the background of "Internet+".Methods:The 60 interns in acupuncture department were randomly divided into experimental group(n=30) and control group(n=30), the experimental group used mixed teaching mode, while control group used traditional teaching mode, and evaluated the effect by theoretical evaluation and mini clinical evaluation scale(Mini-CEX). Results:The experimental group’s medical history inquiry, physical examination, communication ability, resilience, clinical judgment, health education, acupuncture skills and total compliance rates were significantly higher than control group, the theoretical test scores were higher, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The mixed teaching mode is superior to the traditional teaching mode in the clinical teaching of acupuncture.
