摘 要:目的探讨护士生命意义感、心理复原力对职业态度的影响,为护理管理方式提供依据.方法2018年6—8月,采用便利抽样法,抽取温州市3所三级甲等医院620名护士为研究对象.应用一般资料调查问卷、生命意义感量表、心理复原力量表和护士职业态度量表进行调查.结果发放问卷620份,回收有效问卷613份.613名护士生命意义感量表得分为(47.03±7.18)分;心理复原力量表得分为(115.04±19.28)分;护士职业态度量表得分为(5.06±0.83)分.单因素分析显示,不同性别、学历、职称、职务、值夜班情况的护士职业态度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护士生命意义感、心理复原力量表得分及各维度得分均与职业态度得分呈正相关(P<0.01).以护士职业态度得分为因变量,将单因素分析中有统计学意义的5个变量(性别,学历,职称,职务,值夜班情况)、护士生命意义感得分及心理复原力得分为自变量,进行多元线性回归分析.多元线性回归分析显示,职称、学历、职务、生命意义感、心理复原力是护士职业态度的主要影响因素(P<0.01).结论护士的职业态度受到自身内外多方面因素的影响,护理管理者应当采取针对性管理措施,提升护士的生命意义感和心理复原力水平,对护士的职业态度给予正确的引导和激励,提高临床护理服务质量.Objective To explore the effects of nursesf sense of meaning in life and psychologiral resilience on their occupational attitude and provide a basis for finding effective nursing management methods.Methods Totally 620 nurses from 3 Class ID Grade A hospitals in Wenzhou were selected by convenient sampling between June and August 2018 and investigated with the General Information Questionnaire,Meaning in Life Scale,Psychological Resilience Scale and Nurse Occupational Attitude Scale.Results A total of 620 questionnaires were distributed and 613 questionnaires were effectively collected.The nursesf sense of Meaning in Life Scale,Psychological Resilience Scale and Nurse Occupational Attitude Scale scored(47.03±7.18),(115.04±19.28)and(5.06±0.83),respectively.Univariate analysis revealed that there was statistically significant difference in occupational attitude scores between nurses with different gender,educational background,professional title,position and night shift(P<0.05).The total scores in sense of meaning in life and psychological resilience as well as the scores in various dimensions were positively correlated with their occupational attitude(P<0.01).Multivariate linear regression analysis was conducted taking the 5 statistically significant variables(gender,educational background,professional title,position and night shift)in univariate analysis as dependent variables and nurses;sense of meaning in life and psychological resilience scores as independent variables.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that professional title,educational background,position,sense of meaning in life and psychological resilience were the main influencing factors to nurses’occupational attitude(P<0.01).Conclusions Nurses'occupational attitude is affected hy multiple internal and external factors.Nursing managers should take targeted management measures to enhance nurses'sense of meaning in life and psychological resilience,provide proper guidance and motivation to their occupational attitude,and improve the quali
