摘　　要：针对"公司+农户"模式下,按照农户选择银行融资和公司融资两种融资模式,构建了两种模式下公司和农户构成的Stackelberg博弈模型,并得出了最优订单农业契约参数。采用对比分析的方法分析了农户融资模式对公司和农户生产经营决策和利润的影响。研究结果表明,当农户银行融资能力较弱时,公司倾向以较低利率为农户提供融资服务,且当公司融资利率在一定范围内,公司融资模式会实现公司和农户的双赢,增进公司和农户的合作关系。最后,数值模拟发现,随着农户银行融资能力的增强,两种模式下农户获利能力均会增强,且当银行为农户提供政策性低利率贷款时,公司将不再为农户提供融资服务。According to the cases of the farmer’s financing from the bank or company in the "company+farmer" contract farming,Stackelberg game models in two financing modes consisting of the company and the farmer were established respectively,and the optimal contract parameters were obtained.Comparative analysis method was adopted to analyze the influence of financing modes on the operative decisions and profits of the company and farmer.The results show that when the farmer bank financing ability is weak,the company tends to lower interest rates to provide financing services for the farmer.When the financing rate is within a certain range,a win-win situation of company and farmers can be realized,which enhances the cooperation between the company and farmer.Finally,the results of numerical simulation show that with the increase of farmer bank financing capacity,the profitability of the farmer will be enhanced in both the modes.And when banks provide policy-based low interest loans to farmers,the company will no longer provide financing services to farmers.
