摘　　要：立足运维检修视角,综合考虑设备初始投资成本、运检工作量、日常运维检修成本、大修成本及安全等因素,提出主变压器供应商综合绩效评价体系,使评价体系更具合理性,并利用层次分析法设置指标权重,计算供应商绩效得分,再结合五分位法确定供应商等级,挖掘供应商特征。实例应用结果表明,评价结果更具科学性,所提方法合理有效。This paper proposes a comprehensive performance evaluation model of the main transformer suppliers from the perspective of operation and maintenance.In terms of evaluation indicators,comprehensive consideration of initial investment cost on equipment,operation and maintenance workload,daily expense on operation and maintenance,cost on overhaul and safety,make the evaluation system more reasonable.In the evaluation model,we set the index weight with the analytic hierarchy method,and calculate the supplier performance score.And then the quintile method is used to determine the supplier level and explore the supplier characteristics.The case study shows that the evaluation result is scientific and effective.
