论校园足球运动中裁判员的培养

摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、实地考察法和专家访谈法,在我国大力推进足球改革发展的背景下,从足球裁判员的视角出发来关注校园足球运动的开展及裁判员的培养。结论:校园足球作为我国足球运动的基础之一,从校园足球运动中培养裁判员是现实所需;当前足球管理部门的当务之急是尽快建立起一套科学、完整的裁判员培养体系;校园足球运动要求裁判员要不断提高自身业务水平和心理承受能力,强化自身的学习能力和对比赛的适应能力。In the context of vigorously promoting the reform and development of football in China,using the method of literature review,field investigation and expert interview,the development of campus football and the cultivation of referees are concerned from the perspective of football referees.Conclusion:as one of the bases of Chinese football,it is necessary to train referees from campus football.At present,the top priority of football management is to establish a scientific and complete system of referee training as soon as possible.Campus football requires referees to constantly improve their professional level and psychological endurance,and to strengthen their learning ability and ability to adapt to the game.
