摘　　要：自2012年贵溪冶炼厂使用外购阳极铜起,外购阳极铜量逐年增加,2017年外购阳极铜达27.75万t,其中2.60万t因不合格被判为粗铜,不合格率达9.37%,给公司带来较大的损失。外购阳极铜不合格的主要原因是耳弯,导致耳弯的主要原因是到厂卸货、中间倒运、拆解钢带过程中造成的。通过采取统一装箱标准、加强对卸车、倒运、拆钢带过程控制、严格考核管理、对耳弯阳极板进行人工修复等措施,不断降低外购阳极铜不合格率,提升贵溪冶炼厂外购阳极铜转运质量。At the beginning of using outsourcing anode copper in Guixi Smelter,the application of outsourcing anode copper is increasing year by year.In 2017,the amount of outsourcing anode copper reached 277,500 tons,including 26000 tons which was judged as blister copper because of unqualified.The percentage of rejects was 9.37%,which created a big lose to the company.The main reason of unqualified is winding ear of copper,which occurred during the unloading,transporting and disassembly.By means of uniting enchase standard,strengthening the control to unloading,transporting and disassembly,strengthening management and artificial repair to the winding ear of copper,the percent defective of outsourcing anode copper is reduced continuously,and the outsourcing anode copper transport quality is increased.
