摘　　要：分析当前高职科技型社团管理与建设特点,指出管理部门重管理、轻建设,导致社团规模小、组织松散、缺少凝聚力、缺少资源保障的现状,根本原因是管理制度的不科学、不完善。科技型社团作为高职院校的第二课堂,欲成为培养应用创新型精英人才的阵地,必须制定科学的管理制度,提供师资、资金、优质生源保障,建设专业创新工作室,为科技型社团提供资源保障。This paper analyses the characteristics of management and construction of scientific and technological associations in Higher Vocational colleges,and points out that the management departments attach importance to management and despise construction,which leads to the status quo of small-scale associations,loose organization,lack of cohesion and resources guarantee. The fundamental reason is that the management system is unscientific and imperfect.As the second classroom of Higher Vocational colleges,scientific and technological associations must establish a scientific management system,provide teachers,funds and high-quality students,build professional innovation studios,and provide resources for scientific and technological associations.
