首都高技能人才队伍建设评价及路径研究

摘　　要：培养造就技艺高超、技能精湛的高技能人才队伍,既是增强首都自主创新能力、推动创新型城市建设的重要举措,也是进一步增强首都可持续发展能力的客观要求。本文通过对首都高技能人才队伍建设状况的梳理,在客观研究分析高技能人才队伍基本情况和存在问题基础上,对首都高技能人才队伍建设的路径提出了相应的对策建议。Cultivating a team of highly skilled and skilled talents is not only an important measure to enhance the independent innovation ability of the capital and promote the construction of an innovative city,but also an objective requirement tofurther enhance the sustainable development ability of the capital.Based on the analysis of the basic situation and existing problems of the high-skilled talents in the capital,this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the high-skilled talents in the capital by combing the construction of the high-skilled talents in the capital.
