摘 要:人工智能技术的发展和应用涉及管理、艺术、文学等多学科,离不开学科间和高校间的资源协同。目前,我国人工智能技术的发展与高等教育的发展尚不匹配,劳动力市场相关人才短缺。这就迫切需要我们针对我国高等教育区域间和各类大学间发展不平衡的问题,建立以科研平台为基础的大学联盟,促进人工智能技术、相关人力资本积累和人才培养的有机融合。Artificial intelligence technology does not match the developm ent of higher education.The labor market has less demand for artificial intelligence technology research and development and application talents.The traditional education system model has problems such as single professional and poor integration.The research in this paper believes that it is necessary to establish a university alliance based on scientific research platform,combined with the imbalance of China's higher education and the imbalance of various universities,to realize the elite of science and engineering to be responsible for the cultivation of high-end artificial intelligence technology elites.Intelligent technology applies human capital accum ulation,and other majors such as management and finance are responsible for the teaching adjustment of artificial intelligence thinking cultivation,laying a good foundation for human capital accumulation.
