卧式筛网沉降离心机的螺旋输送器结构优化及分析

摘　　要：为了提高卧式筛网沉降离心机螺旋输送器的强度和分离性能,基于ANSYS Workbench对螺旋输送器结构进行了优化和分析。首先对卧式筛网沉降离心机的螺旋输送器进行设计和建模;然后以螺旋输送器的叶片导程和厚度作为优化对象,基于ANSYS Workbench软件对螺旋输送器结构进行了优化;最后对所优化螺旋输送器进行了强度、变形和振动的校核分析。数值测试结果表明:当螺旋输送器导程为130 mm、螺旋叶片厚度为8.5 mm时,其应力强度和变形综合较小。数值校核表明:优化后输送器模型的最大应力为61.1 MPa,远小于材料需用应力;一阶固有频率处临界转速为9 482.4 r/min,远大于工作转速,都满足工作要求。In order to improve the strength and separation performance of screw conveyor for horizontal screen sedimentation centrifuge, the screw conveyor was analyzed and optimized based on ANSYS workbench.First, the screw conveyor of the horizontal screen sedimentation centrifuge was designed and modeled.Then, the blade lead and thickness of the screw conveyor were taken as optimization objects, and the conveyor was optimized based on ANSYS workbench software.Finally, the strength, deformation and vibration of the optimized screw conveyor were checked and analyzed.The numerical test results show that: when the lead of the screw conveyor is 130 mm and the blade thickness is 8.5 mm, the stress intensity and deformation are relatively small.Furthermore, the numerical check shows that the maximum stress of the optimized conveyor model is 61.1 MPa and is much smaller than the required stress of the material;the critical speed at the first-order natural frequency is 9 482.4 r/min and is much larger than the working speed, which meets the working requirements.
