摘　　要：德国应用科技大学能在其高等教育体系独树一帜在很大程度上得益于其专业设置。德国应用科技大学在地方政府部门的统筹指导下开设专业;校企联合开设"双元制"专业;专业的应用性与复合性;随着地方产业结构变化的动态调整;对传统特色专业的传承拓展以及统一规范的专业认证体系都为德国高质量的技术技能人才培养提供了有力保障,值得我国借鉴。German universities of applied sciences can stand out in Germany higher education system largely thanks to its speciality settings and adjustments. They have set up specialties under the overall guidance of local government departments and adjust their professional structure with the change of local industrial structure. These universities and enterprises jointly set up the "dual system"specialties. The inheritance and expansion of traditional specialties and the unified and standard professional certification system provide a strong guarantee for German high-quality technical personnel training,which is of reference for China.
