摘　　要：设计了一种基于激光扫描的高精度内径尺寸测量系统。系统主要包括运动伺服控制及闭环反馈跟踪、数据采集及预处理和圆的拟合三大部分。系统针对传统激光扫描测量孔内径时,测量系统的回转中心与被测孔圆心不重合,导致最小二乘法拟合的圆的内径出现偏差的问题,设计了一种闭环反馈跟踪定心的迭代测量方法。计算初始拟合圆心与坐标原点的偏差,利用十字滑台跟踪控制使被测物的圆心与测量系统回转中心在一定阈值范围内,然后使用最小二乘法拟合得出圆的被测要素。实验结果表明,该系统能实现内径的高精度测量,测量精度能达到±0.002mm,较传统的激光扫描测量系统精度提高了一个数量级。A high precision inner diameter measurement system based on laser scanning is designed.This system mainly includes three parts:motion servo control and closed-loop feedback tracking,data acquisition and preprocessing,and circle fitting.When the system measures the inner diameter of the hole for the traditional laser scanning,the center of rotation of the measuring system does not coincide with the center of the hole to be measured,which leads to the deviation of the inner diameter of the circle fitted by the least squares method,An iterative measurement method of closed-loop feedback tracking centering is designed.The deviation between the initial fitting center and the coordinate origin is calculated.The cross slide table tracking control is used to make the center of the measured object and the rotation center of the measuring system within a certain threshold range.Then the measured elements of the circle are fitted by the least square method.The experimental results show that the system can achieve high-precision measurement of the inner diameter,and the measurement accuracy can reach±0.002mm,which is an order of magnitude higher than the accuracy of the traditional laser scanning measurement system.
