摘　　要：本文基于辨证施治理论,以五行学说与脏腑的联系及整体观念等为指导,分析近十年功能性消化不良相关文献,对本病的病因病机、辨证分型及治疗方法进行总结论述,目的在于弥补西医对症治疗无法明显改善患者症状、无法达到根治效果且不良反应多的不足。中医药治疗可有效缓解功能性消化不良患者的临床症状,且可达到根治的目的。本文亦旨在为相关研究及临床治疗提供参考。Based on the theory of treatment based on syndrome differentiation,taking the five-phase theory and the connection of the zang-fu organs and holism as the guidance,this paper analyzes the literatures related to functional dyspepsia in recent 10 years,summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and therapeutic method,aiming at making up for insufficiency that the symptomatic treatment of Western medicine can not improve symptoms significantly,can not achieve radical effects,and has more adverse reactions.Chinese medicine treatment can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with functional dyspepsia,and can achieve the goal of radical treatment.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for related researches and clinical treatment.
