摘　　要：国家自然科学基金对医院的学科建设和科研发展至关重要。国家自然科学基金的申报数量和质量极大影响其立项。本文通过应用鱼骨图分析法,从医院、科室和个人三个层面的重视程度、顶层设计、科研水平等方面提出在申报过程中各自存在的问题,分析这些问题形成的原因,进而从制度建设、中层干部引导、医务工作者个人科研实力提升及医院科研积极寻找新的发展契机等方面提出综合建议,以此提升基金申报和立项的质量和数量。The National Natural Science Foundation is very important for the subject construction and the science development of hospital.The application quantity and quality of National Natural Science Foundation of China greatly affect its project approval.By applying the fishbone diagram analysis method,this paper proposes the problems in the application process from the three aspects of the attention,top-level design and scientific research level of hospitals,departments and individuals,and analyzes the causes of these problems,then puts forward comprehensive suggestions from the aspects of system construction,guidance of middle-level cadres,improvement of individual scientific research strength of medical workers and active search for new development opportunities for hospital scientific research,so as to improve the quality and quantity of fund application and project approval.
