摘　　要：目的研究ART3在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取中南大学湘雅二医院口腔医学中心收治的50例口腔鳞癌患者的口腔鳞癌组织及癌旁组织标本,对其进行石蜡包埋,预切片染色。采用免疫组织化学方法检测ART3蛋白的表达,分析其在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达与各临床病理学参数的关系。结果相比于正常的口腔黏膜及异常增生的口腔黏膜,ART3在口腔鳞癌(OSCC)肿瘤细胞中表达呈强阳性。Kaplan-Meier生存曲线显示,ART3表达阳性的患者生存率较低(P<0.01)。多变量Cox回归分析显示,ART3表达阳性是口腔鳞癌预后的独立危险因素(P=0.003)。ART3表达与淋巴结转移直接关联(P<0.001),而与OSCC肿瘤分级无直接关联。结论检测ART3蛋白的表达对口腔鳞癌诊断具有重要意义,并可有效地预测其转移与预后。Objective To investigate the expression of ART3 in oral squamous cell carcinoma and to analyze its clinical significance.Methods Paraffin-embedded sections of 50 patients with primary OSCC were collected in the stomatology center of second Xiangya hospital of central south university.The expression of ART3 in oral squamous cell carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical staining,and the relationship between ART3 expression and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed.Results ART3 immunoreactivity was fairly weak in normal mucosa and dysplastic mucosa,whereas ART3 expression was strongly positive in OSCC tumor cells.The Kaplan-Meier survival curves showed that patients with positive expression of ART3 had a significantly lower 5-year overall survival rate(P<0.01).The multivariate Cox regression analysis revealed that postive expression of ART3 was an independent factor for prognosis(P=0.003).The expression of ART3 was directly related with lymph node metastasis(P<0.001).While no differences was found among the different grades or T categories of OSCC.Conclusion The expression of ART3 has significance in diagnosis of OSCC,which can be predictable factor for the metastasis and prognosis of OSCC patients.
