六味地黄丸辅助治疗成人复发性口腔溃疡临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察六味地黄丸辅助治疗成人复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法:将成人复发性口腔溃疡患者400例按随机数字表法分成2组,对照组(200例)采用常规西药治疗,观察组(200例)在对照组的基础上予以六味地黄丸辅助治疗,观察2组治疗前后血清炎症因子水平、免疫功能、疼痛、临床症状改善和复发情况。结果:治疗后,观察组炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2 (IL-2)和白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组免疫功能指标自然杀伤细胞活性(NKT)、CD4^+、CD3^+、CD8^+水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛评分、中医症状综合评分以及口腔溃疡的复发情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:六味地黄丸辅助治疗可以有效降低成人复发性口腔溃疡患者的血清炎症因子水平,提高免疫力,改善疼痛等临床症状,减少复发。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Liuwei Dihuang pills for recurrent mouth ulcers in adults.Methods:A total of 400 cases of adult patients with recurrent mouth ulcers were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(200 cases) was treated with routine western medicine treatment;the observation group(200 cases) was additionally treated with Liuwei Dihuang pills based on the treatment of the control group.Before and after treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory cytokines,the immune function,the pain,the improvement of clinical symptoms and the recurrence were observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of inflammatory cytokines including tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-2(IL-2) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immune function indexes including the activity of natural killer T cells(NKT),CD4^+,CD3^+ and CD8^+ in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score,the comprehensive score of Chinese medicine symptoms and the recurrence of mouth ulcers in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liuwei Dihuang pills can effectively reduce the level of serum inflammatory cytokines in adult patients with recurrent mouth ulcers,strengthen immunity,improve pain and other clinical symptoms,and reduce the recurrence.
