养血熄风汤联合左旋多巴治疗帕金森病血虚生风证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察养血熄风汤联合左旋多巴治疗帕金森病(PD)血虚生风证的临床疗效。方法:选取150例血虚生风型PD患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各75例。对照组予左旋多巴片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用养血熄风汤治疗,2组均连续治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效和简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)、统一帕金森评定量表(UPDRS)评分。结果:观察组总有效率89.33%,高于对照组的74.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组MMSE、UPDRSⅡ及UPDRSⅢ评分均较治疗前改善,观察组以上3项评分改善情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养血熄风汤联合左旋多巴治疗血虚生风型PD,可以提高临床疗效,改善患者的神经功能和日常生活能力,值得推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yangxue Xifeng Tang combined with levodopa for Parkinson disease(PD) with syndrome of blood deficiency generating wind.Methods:A total of 150 PD patients with syndrome of blood deficiency generating wind were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levodopa tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yangxue Xifeng Tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for three months.The clinical effect and the scores of Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) and Unified Parkinson Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS) in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 89.33% in the observation group,higher than that of 74.67% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The scores of MMSE,UPDRS Ⅱ and UPDRS Ⅲ in the two groups were improved,and the improvement of the above scores in the observation group was better than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Yangxue Xifeng Tang combined with levodopa for PD patients with syndrome of blood deficiency generating wind,can enhance the clinical effect and improve the nerve function and the ability of daily living of them,which is worthy of promotion and application.
