荆花胃康胶丸治疗幽门螺杆菌相关慢性胃炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察荆花胃康胶丸治疗幽门螺杆菌相关慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将幽门螺杆菌感染所致慢性胃炎患者136例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组68例;对照组给予常规三联疗法(克拉霉素+泮托拉唑+阿莫西林)联合安慰剂治疗;观察组给予常规三联疗法联合荆花胃康胶丸治疗,2组疗程均为4周;观察比较2组幽门螺杆菌阴转率、治疗前后消化道症状评分,统计临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:总有效率观察组为94.11%,对照组为76.47%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,幽门螺杆菌阴转率观察组为92.65%,对照组为72.06%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者上腹痛、腹胀、纳差、嗳气、恶心等症状评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组各项症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为1.47%,对照组为5.88%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:荆花胃康胶丸治疗幽门螺杆菌相关慢性胃炎,能有效减轻常见消化道症状,抑杀幽门螺杆菌,且不良反应相对较少,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of JinghuaWeikang soft capsules for chronic gastritis caused by helicobacter pylori.Methods:A total of 136 cases of patients with chronic gastritis caused by helicobacter pylori infection were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,68 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with routine triple therapy including clarithromycin,pantoprazole and amoxicillin;the control group was additionally treated with placebo,and the observation group was additionally treated with JinghuaWeikang soft capsules.Both groups were treated for four weeks.The negative conversion rates of helicobacter pylori and the symptom scores of digestive tract before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and compared;the clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were counted.Results:The total effective rate was 94.11%in the observation group and 76.47%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the negative conversion rate of helicobacter pylori was 92.65%in the observation group and 72.06%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores including epigastric pain,abdominal distension,poor appetite,belching and nausea in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and each symptom score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group respectively(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction was 1.47%in the observation group and 5.88%in the control group,there being no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:JinghuaWeikang soft capsules in treating chronic gastritis caused by helicobacter pylori can effectively alleviate common symptoms in digestive tract,inhibit and kill helicobacter pylori with few adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
