复方丹参滴丸联合非诺贝特治疗老年脂肪肝临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方丹参滴丸联合非诺贝特对老年脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:将118例脂肪肝老年患者随机分为2组,每组59例;对照组单用非诺贝特降血脂治疗,治疗组采用非诺贝特联合复方丹参滴丸治疗,疗程均为3个月;观察比较2组治疗前后肝功能指标[谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)],血脂指标[血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]的变化;比较2组临床效果与安全性。结果:总有效率治疗组为91.53%,对照组为67.80%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者ALT、AST均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组两项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者TC、TG均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),HDL-C较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05);且治疗组上述各项指标改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应率治疗组为3.39%,对照组为13.56%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸联合非诺贝特治疗老年性脂肪肝,可有效改善患者血脂水平及肝功能,疗效优于单纯西药治疗,且安全性更高,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with fenofibrate for fatty liver in the senile.Methods:A total of 118 cases of senile patients with fatty liver were randomly divided into two groups,59 cases in each group.The control group was simply treated with fenofibrate to lower blood lipids,and the treatment group was additionally treated with compound Danshen dripping pillsbased on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for three months.The changes in the indexes of the liver function including alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) as well as the indexes of blood lipids including total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) in serum before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and compared.The clinical effect and the safety in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 91.53% in the treatment group and 67.80% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of ALT and AST in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above two indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC and TG in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of HDL-C were significantly increased(P<0.05);the improvement of the above indexes in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.39% in the treatment group and13.56% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with fenofibrate in treating fatty liver in the senile can effectively improve the levels of blood lipids and the liver function,whose curative effect is superior to that of simple western medicine,with higher safety.It is worthy of clinic
