牛黄上清胶囊联合外用溃疡散治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察牛黄上清胶囊联合外用溃疡散治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将84例复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例;对照组给予牛黄上清胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用外用溃疡散治疗,疗程均为1周;评估2组临床疗效、溃疡愈合时间及不良反应情况,并随访6个月统计溃疡复发率。结果:总有效率观察组为97.2%,对照组为78.57%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组溃疡愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总复发率观察组为19.05%,对照组为59.52%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应率观察组为7.14%,对照组为2.38%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:牛黄上清胶囊联合外用溃疡散治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效显著,可有效降低其复发率,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Niuhuang Shangqing capsules combined with Waiyong Kuiyang San for recurrent oral ulcer.Methods:A total of 84 cases of patients with recurrent oral ulcer were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Niuhuang Shangqing capsules,and the observation group was additionally treated with Waiyong Kuiyang San based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for one week.The clinical effect,the healing time of ulcer and adverse reactions in the two groups were evaluated.The recurrence rates of ulcer were counted during the six-month follow-up.Results:The total effective rate was 97.2% in observation group and 78.57% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the healing time of ulcer in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The total recurrence rate was 19.05% in the observation group and 59.52% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.14% in the observation group and 2.38%in the control group,there being no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Niuhuang Shangqing capsules combined with Waiyong Kuiyang San in treating recurrent oral ulcer has significant curative effect,which can effectively reduce its recurrence rate and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
