摘　　要：放射性口腔黏膜炎是头颈部肿瘤患者接受放射治疗的常见不良反应,中医与西医在相关方面进行了大量临床实践,均取得一定成果。本文综述了当前中医和西医对放射性口腔黏膜炎的认识及治疗方法,以期为临床提供一定参考。今后应进一步深入研究放射性口腔黏膜炎的病理生理特点,探索更加有效的预防和治疗方法,以减轻患者痛苦。Radioactive oral mucositis is a common adverse reaction of radiation therapy in patients with head and neck cancer.By traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,a large number of clinical practices have been carried out in related aspects,and have achieved certain results.This paper reviews the current understanding and treatment of radiation oral mucositis in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,in order to provide some reference for clinical practice.In the future,we should further study the pathophysiological characteristics of radioactive oral mucositis and explore more effective prevention and treatment methods to alleviate the suffering of patients.
