摘　　要：目的:研究分析2017~2018年,3~6岁学龄前儿童入托体检相关血液检查指标检测结果的变化,为我县开展儿童健康保健及采取相应的干预措施提供依据。方法:回顾分析2017年~2018年在我中心进行入托体检的1601例3~6岁学龄前儿童血液检查指标检测结果的变化,采用迈瑞BC-5100血细胞分析仪进行血常规检查,采用科华卓越400进行肝功检查。结果:2018年与2017年比较,白细胞数(WBC)、血小板数(PLT)异常率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),红细胞数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)异常率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2018年3~6岁学龄前儿童入托体检相关血液检查指标检测结果明显好于2017年,学龄前儿童身体素质和健康状况得到明显改善。Objective:To study and analyze the changes of blood test results of preschool children aged 3 to 6 years from 2017 to 2018,and to provide basis for carrying out child health care and taking corresponding intervention measures in our county.Methods:To retrospectively analyze the changes of blood test results of 1601 preschool children aged 3~6 years who underwent physical examination in our center from 2017 to 2018,The routine blood tests were performed with Merry BC—5100 blood cell analyzer and the liver function tests were performed with Kehua Excellent 400.Results:Comparing the blood test results in 2018 with which in 2017,There was no significant difference in abnormal rates of WBC and PLT(P>0.05),There was significant difference in abnormal rates of RBC,Hb,ALT,AST,TP,ALB,TB and DB(P<0.05).Conclusion:In 2018,the blood test results of preschool children aged 3 to 6 years were significantly better than which in 2017,and the physical quality and health status of preschool children were significantly improved.
