摘　　要：目的:对BeCkman-CoulterLH750全自动血细胞分析仪进行性能验证,以保障检验结果的准确可靠。方法:参照中华人民共和国卫生行业标准(WS/T406-2012),并对性能指标的本底计数、准确度、精密度(重复精密度、日间精密度)、携带污染率、线性分析进行检测。结果:本底计数、准确度、精密度、携带污染率、线性分析均在要求范围内。结论:Beckman-CoulterLH750全自动血细胞分析仪性能良好检测结果准确可靠,可用于临床血常规分析检查。Objective:To evaluate the performance of Beckman—Coulter LH750 automatic hematology analyzer in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing results.Methods;Background count,Carrying pollution rate,precision,linearity,trueness were evaluated according to the verification method of PRC heath industry standard(WS/T406—2012).Results:The background county carrying pollution rate,precision,linearity,trueness were within the permissible range of quality requirements.Conclusion:Beckman-Coulter LH750 automatic hematology analyzer has good performance,and its detection results are accurate and reliable can used in clinical laboratories.
