银花甘草含漱液对鼻咽鳞癌放射性黏膜炎防治效果的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察银花甘草含漱液对放疗患者口腔炎的护理效果观察。方法:选取2018年4月~2019年4月,病理确诊为鼻咽鱗癌肿瘤患者62例,按照随机性原则分为观察组32例,对照组30例,观察组在放疗过程中给予银花甘草含漱,对照组仅给于0.9%生理盐水含漱,两组予以GTV66?74GY(2.1~2.3GY/次);最终对两组间口腔黏膜炎发生率及其程度变化和放疗过程中口腔疼痛的发生率及其程度变化收集数据进行统计。结果:两组间口腔黏膜炎发生率及程度变化及放疗过程中口腔疼痛的发生率及其程度方面有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对肿瘤患者施以放射疗法治疗的同时,给予银花甘草含漱可减少口腔黏膜炎发生和疼痛程度,降低因患者无法承受放疗伤害而终止治疗的发生率。Objective:To observe the nursing effect of honeysuckle Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch gargle on stomatitis in patients with radiotherapy.Methods:62 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed pathologically from April 2018 to April 2019 were divided into observation group(n=32)and control group(n=30)according to the principle of randomness.The observation group was treated with honeysuckle Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch during radiotherapy,the control group was only treated with 0.9%saline gargle,and the two groups were given GTV66~74Gy(2.1≤2.3 Gy/times).Finally,the incidence and degree of oral mucoiditis and oral pain during radiotherapy were statistically collected.Results:there were significant differences in the incidence and degree of oral mucoiditis and oral pain between the two groups during radiotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of tumor patients with radiotherapy,honeysuckle Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch gargle could reduce the incidence of oral mucoiditis and pain,and reduce the incidence of termination as patients cannot bear radiotherapy injury.
