地方高校国际化应用型外语人才培养的挑战与途径

摘　　要：全国约200所主要由办在省城之外地市州的原"师范专科学校",在2000年前后"升本"的本科高校,在国际化、应用型等高等教育改革发展的大趋势下,机遇与挑战尤其明显。其中相对较弱同时又有相对优势的外语人才培养,应该着力建设具有国际化背景的师资队伍;瞄准地方产业需求,创新人才培养模式;加强实践环节,形成"校地、校企、校际"互动机制;鼓励学生海外研修;扎实开展国际交流合作,积极顺应我国高等教育改革发展的新形势,积极应对地方经济社会发展需求。Around the year 2000, about 200 teachers colleges in cities rather than provincial capitals were upgraded to the status of undergraduate universities. These universities are faced with both opportunities and challenges against the background of internationalization and application-oriented reform of higher education. In order to better cultivate application-oriented foreign language talents and serve the needs of regional economic and social development, local universities should try to build a faculty team with international experience, innovate talents cultivation mode to meet the needs of local industries, attach greater importance to practice, step up university-city, university-enterprise and university-university cooperation, encourage students to study abroad and expand international exchanges and cooperation.
