摘 要:文章主要研究重型越野车辆的驻车能力,以最大驻车坡度为指标来评价驻车能力,分析轴间差速锁是否锁止在不同行驶状态下对驻坡能力的影响,具体包括以下四种状态:满载上坡、空载上坡、满载下坡、空载下坡,分别对每种状态锁止和不锁止轴间差速器时的最大驻车坡度进行计算,并对比结果,从而得知轴间差速锁对驻车能力影响的大小。驾驶员能以此计算结果为参考,判断驾驶车辆在较大坡度坡道驻车时是否要锁止轴间差速锁。This paper studies the parking capacity of heavy off-road vehicles on slopes.Assessing the parking capacity with maximum parking slope as index.Analyzing the influence of differential lock whether or not be locked on the parking capacity.Specifically,it includes the following four cases:full load uphill,no load uphill,full load downhill,no load downhill.Calculating respectively the maximum parking slope of the axle to axle differential mechanism between locked and unlocked in each case,contrasting the results,so we can know the influence of differential lock on parking capacity.Drivers can use this calculation results as a reference,judge whether the differential lock should be locked when the vehicle is parked on steep slopes.
