摘　　要：随着安全、节能、环保三大主题的汽车新技术的兴起,尤其是智能网联汽车技术的迅速发展,对车辆工程专业大学生的职业能力有了新的要求。在新工科背景下,文章对车辆工程专业人才培养模式进行研究,找到更加符合市场契合度的大学生培养模式,使学生迅速掌握最新的、前沿性专业知识和专业技能,满足市场新需求,将有效提高新形势下车辆工程专业人才的市场竞争力。With the rise of new automobile technologies with three themes of safety,energy saving and environmental protection,especially the rapid development of intelligent network automobile technology,there are new requirements on the professional ability of college students majoring in vehicle engineering.Under new engineering background,this paper studies the vehicle engineering professional personnel training mode,and find more in line with the market fit training mode of college students,make students quickly grasp the latest,cutting-edge professional knowledge and professional skills and meet new market demand,will effectively improve vehicle engineering professional talents under the new situation of market competition.
