摘 要:目的探讨乳腺癌中Kif2a和Ki-67的表达及其对预后的影响。方法采用免疫组化方法检测116例乳腺癌组织中Kif2a和Ki-67蛋白表达情况,分析其与乳腺癌患者临床特征的关系。采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析评价Kif2a和Ki-67蛋白的表达对乳腺癌患者预后的影响。结果乳腺癌组织中Kif2a或Ki-67高表达均与患者淋巴结转移、TNM分期和HER-2的阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.518,0.251和0.489或r=0.397,0.276和0.291,P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中Ki-67与Kif2a的表达呈正相关(r=0.359,P<0.05)。Kif2a和Ki-67是乳腺癌患者预后的独立影响因素。乳腺癌患者Kif2a或Ki-67表达越高,生存时间越短(P<0.05);Kif2a和Ki-67双高表达患者生存时间较单个Kif2a或Ki-67高表达患者更短(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌组织中Kif2a及Ki-67的高表达预示患者的预后差。Objective It is to investigate the expression of Kif2a and Ki-67 in breast cancer and its effect on prognosis.Methods The expression of Kif2a and Ki-67 proteins in breast cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry method in 116 patients.The relationship of Kif2a and Ki-67 expressions and clinicopathological features were analyzed.Kaplan-Meier survival curve analysis was used to evaluate the effect of expressions of Kif2a and Ki-67 on the prognosis.Results The high expression of Kif2a or Ki-67 in breast cancer tissues was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and positive expression ofHER-2(r=0.518,0.251 and 0.489 or r=0.397,0.276 and 0.291,P<0.05).The expression of Ki-67 was positively correlated with that of Kif2a in breast cancer tissues(r=0.359,P<0.05).The expressions of Kif2a and Ki-67 were the independent prognostic factors for breast cancer.The higher the expression of Kif2a or Ki-67 the shorter the survival time(P<0.05).The survival time of the patients with double-high expressions of Kif2a and Ki-67 was shorter than that of the patients with highly expressed Kif2a or Ki-67 alone(P<0.05).Conclusion The higher expressions of Kif2a and Ki-67 proteins in breast cancer tissues indicate worse prognosis of the patients with breast cancer.
