摘  要:褐变、玻璃化和污染是植物离体微繁中常常出现的现象,严重影响了外植体的生长与分化,导致生产中损失,是生产中亟待解决的问题。本文通过分析植物茎段培养中存在的原因,并对植物组织培养中褐变、玻璃化和污染治理措施展开探讨,旨在为今后研究植物组织培养工作提供参考。Browning,vitrification and pollution are common phenomena in plant micropropagation in vitro,which seriously affect the growth and differentiation of explants,and cause great loss in production,which is an urgent problem to be solved in production.This paper analyzed the causes of stem culture,and discussed the measures of browning,vitrification and pollution control in plant tissue culture,in order to provide reference for future research on plant tissue culture.
