山西高校中青年教师职业发展现状调查与分析

摘  要:高校中青年教师是学校教学、科研及其他各项管理工作的骨干。山西高校中青年教师总体思想进步,自我实现动机较强,但工作压力大,期待高校能为教师营造健康的职业成长环境。基于此,提出高校要加强教师职业发展研究,不断优化教师职业发展环境,创新师资队伍及人才管理机制,增强教师职业荣誉感与成就感,为教师提供积极有效的继续教育、心理服务、后勤保障支持等,促进教师队伍的科学管理。Young and middle-aged teachers are the backbone of teaching,scientific research and other management work.The young and middle-aged teachers in colleges and universities in Shanxi,with strong motivation for self-realization,have made great progress in their thoughts,but they are under great pressure in their work.They hope that colleges and universities can create a healthy environment for their professional growth.Based on this,it is proposed that colleges and universities should strengthen the research of teachers′professional development,constantly optimize the environment of teachers′professional development,innovate the management mechanism of teachers and talents,enhance teachers′sense of professional honor and achievement,and provide teachers with active and effective continuing education,psychological services,logistics support,etc.,so as to promote the scientific management of teachers.
