摘 要:搭建专用试验台获取了变截面少片簧主片中心点的运动轨迹,分别与"SAE圆弧理论"平面作图和ADAMS离散梁建模仿真得到的主片中心运动轨迹进行了对比,表明ADAMS仿真得到的运动轨迹更符合实际。以某车型前悬架系统为研究对象,在准确获取前板簧ADAMS模型的基础上建立了运动学分析模型,得到了平行轮跳与制动工况下的前轮定位参数的变化规律,通过对垂臂硬点布置位置进行优化,解决了平行轮跳工况下前束角变化不合理的问题。A special-purpose test bench is established to obtain main leaf central trajectory of taper leaf spring.Another two trajectories obtained by 2 D drawing based on"SAE Arc Theory"and simulation of the discrete beam modelling based on ADAMS are compared with the test bench trajectory. The results show that the trajectory obtained by ADAMS is closer to test bench data. Kinematics analysis model of the front suspension system is established and the change rule of front wheel alignment parameters are obtained considering parallel wheel jumping and braking conditions.Lastly, unreasonable toe-in angle is solved by optimizing the hard point of plumbing arm.
