摘 要:[目的]研究内生细菌CX33的活性作用及活性代谢物,探讨其与宿主植物刺五加的相关性。[方法]对内生细菌CX33进行抑菌活性研究;结合形态学特征、生理生化特性及16S rDNA序列同源性分析对该菌株进行鉴定;采用HPLC法对CX33发酵液中活性代谢物进行分析。[结果]内生细菌CX33具有较好的抑菌活性;经鉴定该菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis);经检测该菌株发酵液中含有紫丁香苷。[结论]内生细菌CX33为紫丁香苷产生菌,该菌可能与宿主植物刺五加具有相同的代谢机制。[Objective]The research aimed to study the activity and active metabolites of endophytic bacteria CX33,and to explore its correlation with the host plant Acanthopanax senticosus.[Method]The antibacterial activity of endophytic bacteria CX33 was studied.The morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence homology analysis were used to identify the strain.The active metabolites in CX33 fermentation broth were analyzed by HPLC.[Result]The endophytic bacteria CX33 had good antibacterial activity;the strain was identified as Bacillus subtilis;the fermentation broth of the strain was tested to contain syringin.[Conclusion]The endophytic bacteria CX33 is a syringin-producing bacterium,which may have the same metabolic mechanism as the host plant Acanthopanax senticosus.
