摘  要:探索建立拔尖创新人才培养的有效机制,是当前教育改革的迫切要求。为了适应高素质创新型人才培养的需要,奉行以"学生为中心"的教学理念,以工科拔尖创新人才培养为目标,对电气实验教学进行改革,通过设置与当今科技发展和工程实际紧密结合的科技创新项目,鼓励本科生尝试设计和实践个人感兴趣的研究项目,培养科研实践能力。经实践运行,取得良好的教学效果,学生的创新意识与工程实践能力大幅提高,同时也给今后教学改革指明了方向。Exploring and establishing an effective mechanism for cultivating top-notch innovative talents are an urgent requirement of current educational reform. In order to meet the needs of cultivating high-quality innovative talents, the "Student-centered" teaching idea and the training of top-notch innovative talents in engineering as the target are adopted to reform the electrical experimental teaching. Through setting up scientific and technological innovation projects closely related to the current scientific and technological development and engineering practice, undergraduates are encouraged to try to design and practice research projects with their personal interest and to cultivate their scientific research practice ability. Through practical operation, good teaching effect has been achieved, students’ innovative awareness and engineering practice ability have been greatly improved, and at the same time, the direction of future teaching reform has been pointed out.
