摘　　要：该文围绕ZJU400超重力离心机系统试验的开放共享机制及运行现状,对实验室人才队伍及管理制度进行了讨论。ZJU400离心机的协调会制度、方案审核、上机排队等相关制度有效提高了其运行效率。并进一步提出了建立试验任务管理平台、加强实验技术队伍建设和完善激励体制等具体举措,为今后高校大型设备开放共享工作提供了参考。Based on the opening and sharing mechanism and operation status of ZJU400 hypergravity centrifuge system test, this paper has discussed the laboratory technical team and management system. The related regulations for the ZJU400 centrifuge such as the coordinating system, scheme auditing, on-line queuing, etc., have effectively improved its operational efficiency. Some concrete measures are also put forward such as setting up a platform for the management of experimental tasks, strengthening the construction of experimental technical team and perfecting the incentive system so as to provide reference for the opening and sharing of large-scale equipment in colleges and universities in the future.
