摘 要:针对武汉军山长江大桥桥面铺装层损坏和正交异性钢桥面板疲劳开裂的问题,珠京方向半幅桥面改造为钢-超高性能混凝土轻型组合桥面结构,厚55mm的超高性能混凝土(UHPC)层采用短栓钉与钢桥面板连接,与上部SMA10沥青混凝土(厚30mm)采用环氧树脂粘结材料连接。利用ANSYS软件建立局部梁段有限元模型,进行改造前、后的疲劳细节处应力幅对比分析,并基于健康监测系统以及钢箱梁局部应变监测系统,对组合桥面改造后效果进行实时监测。结果表明:UHPC层对面板与U肋连接细节应力影响极为明显,与柔性铺装相比,应力降幅最高为86.4%,可极大降低钢桥面板的开裂风险;桥面改造后,U肋底部、顶板底部、横隔板构造细节处的应力幅值、等效应力均明显降低,可显著提高钢桥面板的疲劳寿命。To treat the damage of deck pavement and fatigue cracking of the orthotropic steel deck plates of Junshan Changjiang River Bridge in Wuhan, the Zhuhai-Beijing bound deck was replaced by the light composite deck structure formed of steel and ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC). The 55mm-thick UHPC layer was connected with the steel deck by short bolts and the upper SMA10 asphalt concrete(30mm thick) by the epoxy resin adhesivematerial. The software ANSYS was used to establish the finite elementmodel of local sections to carry out comparative analysis of stress ranges of the fatigue details before and after the replacement. And based on the healthmonitoring system and themonitoring system for local strain in the steel box girder, the real timemonitoring of the deck renovation effect was conducted. The results show that the UHPC layer has distinct influence on the stress in the connection details of the deck and U ribs, compared with the flexible pavement, the stress falls at amaximum rate of 86.4%, which can decrease the cracking risk of the steel deck to the utmost extent. After the renovation, the stress range and equivalent stress at the locations of the base of U ribs and top plates and the structural details of the diaphragms are significantly reduced, and the light composite deck structure formed of steel and ultra-high performance concrete can remarkably improve the fatigue life of steel deck.
