摘  要:宁波市中澳合作TAFE项目近年来已初见成效,但却存在一些不容忽视的问题,当前最突出的就是人才培养过程中“学用脱节”,学生所学澳方技能无法充分匹配国内行业的需求,而且技能水准低就业质量差。针对该问题,通过解析和借鉴澳洲TAFE体系的成功要素,提出实现TAFE项目学用对接的策略建议:建立全国统一的学历资格框架和成熟适用的标准化课程体系;引入本土行业力量参与课程建设;升级优化师资结构;建立中澳合作TAFE项目教学质量保障体系。The Sino-Australia TAFE program in Ningbo has borne fruit in recent years.However,there still are some problems that could not afford to overlook,and the problem of disjunction between learning and application is of outstanding.That is to say,the skills training provided by the Australian party could not meet the domestic industry skills requirements,and both the student skill level and quality of employment are unsatisfactory.To solve this problem,this study analyze and draw lessons from the successful experience of TAFE system in Australia,and put forward some strategies.A nationwide qualifications framework and a mature and standardized curriculum system should be established.Additionally,local industry forces should be introduced into the course development process,and the faculty structure should be upgraded and optimized.Finally,a teaching quality assurance system for Sino-Australia TAFE program should be put in place.
