摘 要:目的:探究我国高水平男子自由式摔跤运动员无氧功率衰减特征,为摔跤项目无氧功率衰减问题提供科学的参考依据,指导实践训练。方法:以17名一级及以上男子自由式摔跤运动员作为研究对象,采用实验法,分段研究受试者30sWingate测试中的最大功率(PP)、平均功率(AP)、功率衰减率(PD)衰减特征,用单因素方差分析,研究各段之间的差异性,进行分析讨论。结果:(1)PP与AP在相邻时间段6~10s与11~15s之间存在显著性差异(p<0.05),在0~5s与6~10s,11~15s与16~20s,16~20s与21~25s,21s^25 s与26s^30s上不存在显著性差异(p>0.05);非相邻时间段之间交叉比较均存在显著性差异(p<0.05)。(2)DP在相邻段间0~5s与6~10s,21~25s与26~30s之间存在显著性差异(p<0.05);在6~10s与11~15s,11~15s与16~20s,16~20s与21~25s上不存在显著性差异(p>0.05)。结论:(1)男子自由式摔跤运动员PP和AP从6~10s到11~15s下降趋势明显,下降率分别约为13.1%和15.4%。(2)男子自由式摔跤运动员无氧功率在第6段(26~30s)衰减率过高,单段约为29.2%。Objective:To explore the anaerobic power attenuation characteristics of high-level men’s freestyle wrestlers in China,and provide a scientific reference for the anaerobic power attenuation of wrestling projects and guide practical training.METHODS:Seventeen male and female freestyle wrestlers were used as the research object.The maximum power(PP),average power(AP)and power decay rate(PD)in the 30s Wingate test were studied experimentally.The attenuation characteristics were analyzed by one-way ANOVA to study the differences between the segments and analyze and discuss them.RESULTS:1)There was a significant difference between PP and AP in the adjacent time period between 6 and 10 s and 11 to 15 s(p<0.05),at 0 to 5 s and 6 to 10 s,11 to 15 s and 16 to 20 s,16 to There was no significant difference between 20s and 21-25s,21s-25s and 26s-30s(p>0.05).There was significant difference between the non-adjacent time segments(p<0.05).2)DP has significant difference between 0-5s and 6-10s,21-25s and 26-30s between adjacent segments(p<0.05);6-10s and 11-15s,11-15s and 16-There was no significant difference between 20s,16-20s and 21-25s(p>0.05).Conclusion:1)The PP and AP of male freestyle wrestlers have a significant downward trend from 6 to 10s to 11 to 15s,and the decline rates are about 13.1%and 15.4%respectively.2)The anaerobic power of men’s freestyle wrestlers is too high in the sixth stage(26-30s),and the single stage is about 29.2%.
