鼻内腔镜下泪囊鼻腔造口术联合微瓣吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内腔镜下泪囊鼻腔造口术联合微瓣吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法选择2016年1月~2018年10月我院眼科80例慢性泪囊炎患者,将其随机分为两组,每组40例,对照组实施传统泪囊鼻腔造口术联合鼻腔泪囊吻合术,观察组实施鼻内腔镜下泪囊鼻腔造口术联合微瓣吻合术,比较两组手术情况、术后疼痛评分、临床疗效、术后并发症、复发率。结果观察组的手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05),其术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05),其疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),其术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),其术后3个月、6个月的复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内腔镜下泪囊鼻腔造口术联合微瓣吻合术可提高慢性泪囊炎患者的临床疗效,减少术后并发症和复发。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy combined with microvalvation anastomosis in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.Methods 80 patients with chronic dacryocystitis in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups(40 patients/group).The control group was treated with traditional dacryocystorhinostomy combined with nasal lacrimal sac anastomosis.The observation group was treated with nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy combined with microvalvular anastomosis.The operation,postoperative pain score,clinical efficacy,postoperative complications,and recurrence rate were compared.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the pain score in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 3 months and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy combined with microvalvation anastomosis can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic dacryocystitis and reduce postoperative complications and recurrence.
