摘　　要：目的探讨GATA3、CK20在膀胱尿路上皮癌(BUC)组织中的表达与意义。方法采用免疫组化法分别检测89例BUC、16例尿路上皮良性病变组织中GATA结合蛋白3(GATA3)、细胞角蛋白20(CK20)的表达,分析两者与BUC病理参数的关系。结果BUC组织中的GATA3阳性率为85.4%,在良性病变组织的阳性表达率达到100.0%,CK20在BUC组织中的阳性表达率为62%,而在良性病变组织中,CK20均为阴性;两者在高级别病变、伴有肌层浸润及伴有淋巴结转移的BUC组织中的阳性表达率均明显高于低级别病变、非肌层浸润及无淋巴结转移的BUC组织(P<0.05)。结论GATA3和CK20均可能作为独立的预后因子判断肿瘤的疾病进展。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of GATA3 and CK20 in bladder urothelial carcinoma(BUC).Methods The levels of GATA binding protein 3(GATA3)and cytokeratin 20(CK20)were detected by immunohistochemical assay from 89 cases of BUC and 16 cases of benign lesions.The correlation between the expressions and the pathological parameters was analyzed Results The positive rate of GATA3 was 85.4%in BUC,100.0%in benign lesions,62%in BUC,and 62%in benign lesions.The positive rate of CK20 in BUC with high grade lesions,myometrial infiltration and lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in BUC with low grade lesions and non myometrial infiltration and BUC without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion GATA3 and CK20 may be used as independent prognostic factors to predict tumor progression.
