摘　　要：为提高广州市基层干部的综合素质,2012年广州市委组织部推出“羊城村官上大学”工程,委托广州市广播电视大学实施。经过7年努力,项目坚持边实践、边研究,探索形成了需求导向、多维联动培养农村基层干部的新路子,建构了农村基层干部人才培养模块化教学内容体系和“6+”混合式教学方式。广州的实践和探索有助于全力实施“乡村振兴战略”,加快推进“三农”工作,培养造就坚强有力的农村基层党组织带头人队伍。In order to improve the comprehensive quality of grassroots cadres in Guangzhou,Guangzhou Municipal Party Organization Department launched the project of"Yangcheng Village Officials Going to College"in 2012,which was entrusted to Guangzhou Open University for implementation.After 7 years of efforts,by insisting on practice and research at the same time,we have formed a new path of demand-oriented and multidimensional linkage to cultivate rural grassroots cadres,and constructed a modular teaching content system for rural grassroots cadres and a"6+N"blended teaching method.The practice and exploration of Guangzhou provides a paradigm for cultivating a strong team of rural grassroots party organizations so as to fully implement the“Village Revitalization Strategy”and accelerate the work of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.
