开放大学向社区教育转型中教师专业发展的策略

摘  要:开放大学要顺利转型开展社区教育,首先要解决好教师转型问题。教师专业发展是开放大学向社区教育转型成功的基础,教师专业发展是开放大学打造社区教育品牌的核心。社会的深刻变革、人民生活需求的多元化以及社区教育发展,对社区教师的工作提出了更高要求。开放大学在向社区教育转型的过程中,教师专业发展面临很多困境,如开放大学师资队伍人员数量少且学历偏低、师资队伍结构不合理、专业发展缺乏动力、专业发展缺乏氛围和路径单一等,必须采取策略促进开放大学教师的专业发展。In order to conduct community education in the Open University,it is necessary to solve the problem of teacher's transformation.Teacher's professional development is the foundation of the Open University's successful transformation to community education and the core of the Open University's building community education brand.The profound changes in society,the diversification of people's living needs and the development of community education have placed higher demands on the work of community teachers.In the process of transition to community education in the open university,there are many difficulties in the professional development of teachers.For example,the number of faculty members in the open university is small and the degree of education is relatively low,the structure of the faculty is unreasonable,the motivations for professional development are lacking,the atmosphere for professional development is not strong,and the path for professional development is single,etc.Strategies must be adopted to promote the professional development of open university teachers.
