摘　　要：中国共产党从陕甘宁边区实际情形出发,克服了自然环境恶劣、经济萧条、社会风气差等重重困难,形成了充满生机与活力的新型民主政权,营造了奋发向上、风清气正的良好政治生态,为幼儿保育建设提供了优良的滋养环境。在党和政府领导下,从整顿思想与坚定信念、提供政策保障、解决经费问题、建立健全组织机构四个方面构成了幼儿保育的建设路径,为幼儿保育事业发展奠定了坚实的基础。The Communist Party of China,based on the actual situation of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region,overcame numerous difficulties such as harsh natural environment,economic depression and poor social atmosphere,and then formed a new democratic regime full of vitality and vigor.Under the leadership of the Party and the government,the construction path of early childhood care has been formed from four aspects:rectifying the thought and firming the belief,providing policy guarantee,solving the problem of funds,and establishing and perfecting the organization,which has laid a solid foundation for the development of early childhood care.
