摘　　要：本文基于当前的高职院校校企协同创新创业教育现实背景,从教师师资队伍建设为主要的研究对象,分析阐述当前高职院校在校企协同创新创业师资队伍培养现状以及问题,从多维度对当前的创新创业师资队伍建设存在的困境进行分析,多角度探索如何提升高职院校创新创业教师队伍质量,促进高职院校校企协同中教师队伍建设,同时结合校企协同教师队伍特点,为完善改进高职院校校企协同创新创业教育师资培养提供一定的借鉴。This paper is based on the current background of the school-enterprise collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, and the main research object is the construction of teaching staff. This paper focuses on the current situation and problems of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial faculty in the vocational colleges, analyzing the predicament of the current innovation and entrepreneurship team building from multiple dimensions, exploring how to improve the quality of the team of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers in higher vocational colleges and promote the construction of teachers in the school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges. At the same time, combined with the characteristics of the school-enterprise collaborative teaching team, it provides a certain reference for improving the cultivation of teaching staff of school-enterprise collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.
