摘　　要：经济全球一体化发展背景下,众多国家、地区相互间贸易活动变得越来越频繁。外贸合同作为国贸贸易中的一种重要文件,其也是一种不可或缺的法律依据,而商务英语则是国际贸易从业者必不可少的语言,还是外贸合同中的主要语言。外贸合同中每个字词、每段语句均可能对合同双方经济利益带来极大影响,所以对于外贸合同的翻译必须要做到具体形象、准确到位。本文通过阐述外贸合同的语言特点,分析外贸合同翻译中的常见错误及其原则,对外贸合同翻译策略展开探讨,以期为促进外贸合同翻译工作的顺利开展提供必要理论与实践依据。Under the background of economic globalization, many countries and regions have become more and more traders. As an important document in international trade, foreign trade contract is also an indispensable legal basis, and business English is an indispensable language for international trade practitioners, or the main language in foreign trade contracts. Every word and every sentence in a foreign trade contract may have a great impact on the economic interests of both parties. Therefore, the translation of foreign trade contracts must be specifically imaged and accurately placed. This paper analyzes the language characteristics of foreign trade contracts, analyzes the common mistakes and principles in the translation of foreign trade contracts, and discusses the translation strategies of foreign trade contracts, in order to provide necessary theoretical and practical basis for promoting the smooth development of foreign trade contract translation.
