摘　　要：本文建立毛细管气相色谱法测定痰咳净片中冰片的含量方法,采用安捷伦DB-5毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm),载气为高纯氮气,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温150℃,进样口温度为220℃,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)的温度设为250℃,进样量为1μL,分流比5:1。结果显示,冰片质量浓度为0.135~1.350 mg/mL时,质量浓度与峰面积线性关系良好(相关系数r=0.99984),平均回收率为97.9%(相对标准偏差RSD为0.67%,n=6)。因此,本方法操作简便、快速、结果准确、重复性好,可用于提高该制剂的质量。This paper establishes a GC method for the content determination of borneol in tankejing tablets.Capillary column gas chromatography with a flame-ionization detector and DB-5 column(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)is used.The carrier gas is nitrogen at 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature is 150℃.The injection temperature is 220℃.The FID is used as a detector and the detector temperature is 250℃.The sample volume is 1μL,and the shunt ratio is 5:1.The results show that the linearity of phenol is 0.135-1.350 mg/mL(r=0.99984).The average recovery is 97.9%(RSD=0.67%,n=6).It is concluded that the method is simple,fast,accurate and reproducible,and can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
