摘　　要：为了满足信息化背景下高职院校图书馆文献服务的要求,论文分析了高职院校图书馆馆员队伍的现状和问题,从树立正确的专业价值导向、加强学习、转变服务理念、培养资源利用指导能力四个方面提出了高职院校图书馆馆员队伍建设的举措,以期推动现代高职院校图书馆事业的不断发展。In order to meet the requirements of document service in the libraries of higher vocational colleges under the background of informatization,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the librarians'team in higher vocational colleges libraries.This paper puts forward the countermeasures for the librarians'team construction in higher vocational colleges libraries from four aspects:setting up correct professional value orientation,strengthening learning,changing service concept,and training the ability of resource utilization guidance,so as to promote the continuous development of modern higher vocational college library cause.
