消化内镜治疗患者发生院内感染的现状及原因分析

摘　　要：消化内镜是治疗消化道疾病的重要工具之一,近年来,随着消化内镜诊疗技术的快速发展,越来越多的基层医院开始在消化道疾病中使用内镜诊疗技术.但受诸多因素的影响,术后内镜的清洗、消毒质量并不满意,很大程度上增加了患者院内感染的发生风险,如幽门螺旋杆菌、结核杆菌、梅毒、人类免疫缺陷病毒及乙、丙型肝炎等.为确保内镜诊疗技术的健康发展、预防内镜诊疗为患者带来的危害,本文分析消化内镜治疗患者发生院内感染的现状及原因,寻找我院内镜清洗、消毒的影响因素,总结经验,并制定相应的措施以提高内镜清洗、消毒质量,降低患者治疗后院内感染的发生风险.本文分析发现,我院内镜中心2016年4月至2017年4月院内感染预防措施实施前的内镜抽样检查合格率为85.42%,2017年5月至2018年5月院内感染预防措施实施后的内镜抽样检查合格率为100.00%.本次分析表明规范内镜清洗流程,完善质量监督机制,加强消毒剂、消毒液的储存管理有利于提高内镜清洗、消毒质量,对于预防消化内镜治疗患者院内感染具有重要意义.Digestive endoscopy is one of the important tools for the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. In recent years, with the rapid development of digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment technology, more and more primary hospitals begin to use endoscopy diagnosis and treatment technology in gastrointestinal diseases. However, affected by many factors, the quality of cleaning and disinfection of endoscopes is not satisfactory, which greatly increases the risk of nosocomial infection in patients, such as Helicobacter pylori, Tuberculosis, syphilis, human immunodeficiency virus and hepatitis B and C. In order to ensure the healthy development of endoscopic diagnosid and treatment technology and prevent the harm of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment for patients, this paper analyzed the current situation and causes of nosocomial infection in patients treated with digestive endoscopy, looked for the influencing factors of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection in our hospital, summarized the experience, and formulated corresponding measures to improve the quality of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection, and reduced the risk of nosocomial infection after treatment. This paper found that the qualified rate of endoscopy sampling before the implementation of nosocomial infection prevention measures in endoscopy center of our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 was 85.42%, and the qualified rate of endoscopy sampling after the implementation of nosocomial infection prevention measures from May 2017 to may 2018 was 100.00%. This analysis showed that standardizing the endoscopic cleaning process, improving the quality supervision mechanism, and strengthening the storage management of disinfectants were conducive to improving the quality of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection, which was of great significance to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infection in patients treated with digestive endoscopy.
