摘 要:工业机器人在铸铁件打磨中的优势有:提高铸铁件打磨质量和打磨效率,降低操作人员的劳动强度,操作环境好,降低操作风险,降低铸铁件的打磨成本。探讨工业机器人进行铸铁件打磨方案的设计,有工艺方案设计、布局,装夹工艺设计、打磨效果、除尘系统设计。将工业机器人运用在铸铁件的打磨过程中,可以有效提高铸铁件的质量和打磨效率,对我国环境保护有着积极的影响。The advantages of industrial robots in grinding iron castings are: improving the quality and efficiency of grinding iron castings, reducing the labor intensity of operators, good operating environment, reducing the operational risk and reducing the cost of grinding iron castings. The design of grinding scheme for iron castings by industrial robots is discussed, including process scheme design, layout, clamping process design, grinding effect and dust removal system design. The application of industrial robots in the grinding process of iron castings can effectively improve the quality and grinding efficiency of iron castings, and has a positive impact on environmental protection in China.
