摘 要:目的探讨基于患者需求的多维度、多途径健康教育模式对鼻咽癌放疗患者生存质量的影响。方法将2018年3月至6月收治的鼻咽癌放疗患者70例作为对照组,2018年8月至12月收治的70例鼻咽癌放疗患者作为干预组。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上,根据自行设计的健康需求问卷调查结果,开展多维度、多途径健康教育。用QLQ-C30量表比较两组患者干预前后的生活质量。结果鼻咽癌放疗患者照护信息需求前三位分别是:治疗知识、护理知识和疾病知识,期望获取的途径前三位分别为医务人员口头讲述、专业书籍和团体讲座。干预3个月后,两组患者在躯体、角色、认知、情绪和社会功能5个躯体领域,疲劳、疼痛、恶心呕吐3个症状领域,气促、失眠、食欲丧失、便秘4个单一条目和总生存质量方面两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于照护信息需求的多维度、多途径健康教育模式能够改善鼻咽癌放疗患者的生存质量。Objective To explore the effect of multidimensional and multi-way health education model on the quality of life based on the needs of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.Methods 70 cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by radiotherapy from March to June,2018 were selected as the control group while 70 cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by radiotherapy from August to December,2018 were selected as the intervention group.The control group was given routine nursing while the intervention group was given both the routine nursing and multidimensional and multi-way health education based on the results of self-designed questionnaire on the health needs of the patients.QLQ-C30 scale was used to investigate the quality of life in two groups of patients before and after the intervention.Results The top three information needs of nursing for patients with nasopharyngeal cancer radiotherapy are treatment knowledge,nursing knowledge and disease knowledge,and the top three expected accesses to the information are oral statement by medical staff,professional books and group lectures.After 3 months of intervention,there were statistically significant differences among patients of the two groups in five body realms,such as body,role,cognition,emotion and social function,3 symptom realms,such as fatigue,pain,symptoms of nausea and vomiting,4 single items,such as shortness of breath,insomnia,loss of appetite,constipation and total quality of life(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidimensional and multi-way health education model based on the nursing needs of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma could significantly improve the quality of life of the patients.
